We start by looking at where your hair is now, what has been on it before, and how much upkeep you actually want, then we tell you what is realistic before anything is mixed.
Plenty of our clients go darker, richer or cooler with no bleach at all. Where lift is needed we say so, and we say what it will cost your hair as well as your wallet.

Toner is matched and checked in the light, not under the basin lamp, so what you see in the mirror is what you see outside.

Can you change my colour without bleach?
Often, yes. Many of our clients go darker, richer or cooler with no bleach at all. It depends on where your hair is starting from, so we will always tell you what is realistic for your hair before we begin.

Do I need a consultation first?
No. Plenty of clients arrive with no prior consult at all. We look at your hair, tell you honestly what is achievable, and plan it together before we start.

Why is the price a starting point?
Because length, thickness and what is already on your hair all change how much product and time a colour takes. You will hear the real number before we begin, not at the counter.

Do you take on colour corrections?
Yes. Box colour, banding and grown-out lightening are all things we work on. Corrections sometimes take more than one visit, and we will tell you that up front rather than promise it in a day.
