- Metered parking runs along Toorak Road, with free and metered spaces in the side streets a short walk away.

- Trams run the length of Toorak Road and stop close to the door. Hawksburn station is a walk away.
- When you arrive
- Come in and sit down. Someone will be with you, and there is no reception desk to get past first.

How quickly will you get back to me?
Within one business day. We are closed Sunday and Monday, so an enquiry sent over the weekend is answered Tuesday morning. For anything sooner, call us.

Please do. The phone is the fastest way to get a real answer, and you will be talking to the people who will be doing your hair.

Is there parking nearby?
There is metered street parking along Toorak Road, and free and metered parking in the side streets nearby. We will happily point you to the closest spot when you call.

Do you take walk-ins?
We work by appointment so that nobody is rushed, but it is always worth calling on the day. Cancellations happen and we would rather fill the chair than leave it empty.
